Job Description:

Practice Manager is part of one or multiple teams that uses problem solving skills to develop and implement Dynamics CRM solutions for AlphaBOLD customers. The majority of the Practice Manager’s time is spent executing tasks related to customer solution delivery. Practice Manager ensures that all activities are carried out in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Practice Manager acts as a bridge among all departments within the Enterprise, including CRM Consultants, Sales, Customer Support, and Partners. Practice Manager serves as an internal subject matter expert and supports all company activities including but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process consultations. Practice Manager participates in team building activities to develop team and customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities – Functional:

  • Lead CRM projects in all the areas of project management i.e. Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance
  • Understand customer needs. Perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements
  • Participate in creating project specific documentation
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests or inquiries seeking guidance from Project or Practice Management as appropriate
  • Assist with training of users on new processes and product
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of the service they are receiving and changes that may effect them
  • Prioritize customer issues and address most pressing concerns
  • Utilize both formal and informal channels to facilitate the progress of work. Interpret and integrate multifaceted information from varied sources on a range of complex issues.
  • Actively establish relationships with all levels within the customer organization
  • Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and management
  • Openly listen to others and check understanding
  • Acquire and apply new knowledge and learning

Job Responsibilities – Technical:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in practice technology. Understand business process and relate knowledge to product functionality
  • Define business requirements for technical solutions or alternatives. Identify and help design customizations, workaround, or enhancements required to meet customer needs
  • Lead project teams through design workshops and pilot environments
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science is required. However, Masters will be preferred.
  • 4+ years of Dynamics CRM experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Practice Manager
  • Experience with both CRM on-premises and online versions
  • Intermediate knowledge of sales management, marketing and/or customer service business processes
  • 3 certifications spanning at least 2 of the most current versions of Dynamics CRM
  • 2+ Years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications
  • 2+ Years of experience working with Agile methodology
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required to effectively communicate value proposition and technical information to a range of customers
  • Ability to manage and deliver tasks independently
  • Ability to work with remote team
  • This is on-site role so successful candidate needs to relocate to Carlsbad, CA
