Job description:

AlphaBOLD is looking for an HR Resource who will undertake various aspects of HR administrative duties and processes. We are looking for an ambitious and professional individual to join our HR team. The Individual should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. The professional will oversee the administration of policies, programs, and overall company morale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a first point-of-contact for employee questions on HR policies and/or processes
  • Maintaining a high-quality, timely, and professional service until each case is fully resolved
  • Administer benefits programs such as health, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
  • Conducts new employee orientation
  • Employee counseling
  • Maintaining job evaluations and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance of office regulations and discipline
  • Working toward developing and improving the HR department
  • Assisting in the policy development and implementation
  • Understanding legal reporting requirements and ensure compliance
  • Working with the leadership team to maintain employee programs and a positive, engaged environment
