Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B
Job Summary:
AlphaBOLD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing campaigns, generating leads, and overseeing content and digital marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, and email channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
- Lead Generation:
- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the company’s portfolio of brands.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, ensuring ROI optimization.
- Content and Collateral Creation:
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including case studies, client testimonials, product portfolios, videos, and sales decks.
- Website Landing Pages & Product Knowledge:
- Collaborate with the team to design and optimize high-converting website landing pages tailored to campaigns.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to ensure accurate and compelling messaging across all marketing materials.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and present data on campaigns, and overall marketing performance.
- Provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Podcast and Webinar Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing podcasts and webinars.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team covering digital, SEO, content, design, website, email, and social media.
- Collaborate on projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Budget Management:
- Support budget tracking for marketing activities and tools.
- Buyer Personas and Sales Support:
- Help develop buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Assist in creating sales decks for prospect meetings and sales use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Google Serach Console, HubSpot, Email Marketing Tools, Linkedin Ads, Semrush, Canva).
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
