Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B

Job Summary:
AlphaBOLD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing campaigns, generating leads, and overseeing content and digital marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
    1. Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, and email channels.
    2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
  1. Lead Generation:
    1. Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the company’s portfolio of brands.
    2. Track and report on lead generation metrics, ensuring ROI optimization.
  2. Content and Collateral Creation:
    1. Support the development of marketing collateral, including case studies, client testimonials, product portfolios, videos, and sales decks.
  3. Website Landing Pages & Product Knowledge:
    1. Collaborate with the team to design and optimize high-converting website landing pages tailored to campaigns.
    2. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to ensure accurate and compelling messaging across all marketing materials.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    1. Collect, analyze, and present data on campaigns, and overall marketing performance.
    2. Provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvements.
  5. Podcast and Webinar Coordination:
    1. Assist in planning and executing podcasts and webinars.
    2. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the marketing team covering digital, SEO, content, design, website, email, and social media.
    2. Collaborate on projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  7. Budget Management:
    1. Support budget tracking for marketing activities and tools.
  8. Buyer Personas and Sales Support:
    1. Help develop buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
    2. Assist in creating sales decks for prospect meetings and sales use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Google Serach Console, HubSpot, Email Marketing Tools, Linkedin Ads, Semrush, Canva).
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
