Junior Developer

Job Description.

We are looking for skilled app developers (web/mobile) to join our team and contribute to building and maintaining modern web applications. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in a supportive environment.

We welcome applicants with experience in any stack, examples: JavaScript-based (React.js + Node.js), Python Based (Flask or Django) or .NET-based stacks (C# + ASP.NET Core). If you have some experience through projects, coursework, or internships, we encourage you to apply!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain user-friendly web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Assist in developing responsive UI components.
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to store and retrieve data.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers.
• Participate in team discussions, provide feedback, and share ideas.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Good knowledge of JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js) OR C# with ASP.NET Core.
• Some familiarity with backend development using Node.js, .NET Core, or another server-side framework.
• Understanding of databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Experience working with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills—ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborative mindset—willingness to work as part of a team, take feedback, and share knowledge.
• A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Bonus Skills:

• Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Firebase).
• Good projects to showcase (GitHub repo)
• Experience with basic testing and debugging.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication.
• Some knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Interest in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin) and other technologies too such as AI/ML/Generatice + Agentic AI.
